What We're Looking For
- 5+ years building production AI/ML systems
- Deep expertise in Python, TypeScript, and cloud platforms
- Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or predictive analytics
- Track record of shipping products that scale
- Expert with AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Google's AI tools) and knows which models to use for which problems
Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js/Node.js)
Own features from database to UI. Build real-time dashboards, APIs, and automation tools that handle enterprise-scale workloads.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years with React/Next.js and Node.js
- PostgreSQL, Redis, or other production databases
- Obsessed with performance (Core Web Vitals, sub-100ms APIs)
- Git workflow mastery, CI/CD experience
- Fluent with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Codex, Google's tools) and strategically picks the right model for each task
DevOps/SRE Engineer
Build self-healing infrastructure that scales from 100 to 1M users. Own observability, security, and zero-downtime deployments.
What We're Looking For
- Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform expertise
- AWS/GCP production experience (multi-region, disaster recovery)
- Monitoring/alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- Incident response mindset (MTTR < 15 min)
- Leverages AI tools (Cursor, Codex, Google's AI) to automate infrastructure tasks and debug faster
Product Designer (UI/UX)
Design interfaces that make complex AI systems feel intuitive. You'll work directly with engineers to ship features weekly.

- Portfolio showing end-to-end product design

Intro Call (30 min)

Technical Challenge (2-4 hours)
Solve a real problem we've faced (build an API, design a system, refactor messy code). You choose the language.
Team Interview (60 min)
Code review session where we discuss your solution, architectural trade-offs, and how you'd extend it.
